Sponsors so far–12 for program
Goal 20 program advertisements.
$100 per advertisement.
This is so important. It helps fund our entire
year.
Gifts for Sponsors: Mugs or Pins or something
else.
"Beauty and the Beast" events:
Spaghetti Dinner: Nov 16th–Second

Cafeteria is reserved and insured for event.
Ticket Sales–Mailed to Cast Member families,

Mr. D. has offered us Castle Staff to
help out at the Meal!!
Set up and Clean up
Servers: Any booster member who sells at
least 5 tickets will receive a free meal ticket. Otherwise, servers
can purchase meal tickets for cost which is $3.00 per meal. Of
course, Booster members are encouraged to attend the Spaghetti
Dinner as Diners. The price of Dinner tickets are $6.00 per adult
ticket and $4.00 per child ticket(10 and under).
Silent Auction and Raffle:
Items displayed and bids taken at booster booth
during show run.
Final bids closed Friday Night at Dinner.
Need items for auction and raffle.
