Changed the page layout to, among other things, use the full browser width. Moved the buttons to the left of the page and changed them to GIFs. Added the "What's New", "Sponsors", "FAQ" and "Gallery" pages (although content is a little short on a couple of those :). Tweaked the graphics a little (including adding a background).

But most importantly added Lance, Jason, Micky, Mike & Karl to the "Roster" page. Lance & Jason joined the team after the last update, but Micky, Mike & Karl have been members for some time now, so there was no excuse for the complete lapse in memory that led to them not being present. Sorry guys :).
