This is the "Full Screen" CMS script. There are 2 screenshots below. There is a demo available here and the actual script is here.

This script has the item, skill, equip, and save screens built in. It will by default use the layout that comes with RPG Maker XP in the default scenes, however if you have the Improved Peripheral Menu script installed it will act according to it instead.
