This is a Honda CB250, customised ALA Easy Rider. It was basically a home chopped job by somebody with no money. It was about this time I was getting into the 'Biker' scene, long hair, denim cutoff, combat trousers, the lot. It never ran very well, and the tappets kept working themselves loose, no matter how hard you horsed them down. Good laugh though. Think I sold or swapped it back to the guy I got it off. Now this was a SWEET bike! Four cylinder 550cc 4 stroke, DOHC, twin discs up front. I loved this bike and had it for a while. Never fell off of it and saw a bit of Scotland on it. The only modifications where to the exhaust (the original fell off in the street in Glasgow one night, and handlebars). This was my first real bike. Like a complete idiot, I ended up swapping it for a Yamaha XS650 chop. Boy did I regret that. PCS 244 X |

OK, things get real hazy here. At one time I had 5 bikes, a Honda CB400/4 (in a box), a Suzuki GT500 (can't find a picture), another GT550 in a box (triple cylinder, 2-stroke configuration [weird, but effective]), the XJ550, the CB250 and this Honda CM250 in 'Lowrider' configuration. Wait, that's six, nevermind... I only had this for a while and swapped it for the Suzuki X-7 (I think). Never ran it on the road, well, maybe once or twice. The ink-work was what I had planned for it. That's the garage in the background. It was great, a converted barn. It had power and water, and could fit two cars. |

This was my Suzuki X-7, 250cc 2-stroke twin. Went like a bat out of hell. This one had a holed piston (not uncommon for these bikes), so I never rode it. I just stuck it around the side of my parents house (oh how they liked that ...). I just wanted the exhausts off of it. Think I swapped if for something. |
