See Falls section description for initial ½ mile section. The next 6 miles are largely flat water with occasional shoals type rapids, low bridges ('limbo-able' at low-moderate levels, mandatory portage in high water) many snags forcing portages in mid section.

One good dam/wave in North Hills Country Club, which, when playable (the wave, not the golf course), is complicated by being right under a low bridge for the golf carts.
