07.05.07 - O.M.F.G... why did she have to draw?!
Again, not a big update. I went on a drawing SPREE last year because it was Lily-chan's birthday and so I thought I would add them to the Miscellaneous Section.
.....okay, nevermind. I made it a bigger update. (I blame Reizna for all her hard work lately. ha ha..) I have added some LJ icons and moved the colourbar to Satoshi and Risa's Miscellaneous Section. BTW, I now officially love photobucket. No more uploading of images!! WOOO!!
10.19.06 - Colourbar added
Anyway, I got back from Japan to find my computer got completely fried. My motherboard that is, so I managed to keep all my data. NOW, I am the proud new owner of a laptop. :D Unfortunately, my update isn't that big. Added a colourbar to the Satoshi and Risa Image Gallery with permission from _smileyface. YAY!! Nothing new on the DNAngel front. Yukiru Sugisaki has been working on a new series called EDEN, so DNAngel remains on hiatus. *pouts* Otherwise, I have not done a lot of work on this site for awhile. I had started archiving some fics but I won't be posting that until I have them all done (yeee... that will be awhile), I have a few links to add and a whole slew of fic recs. *sigh* Unfortunately, that update won't happen in a long long long while. (I'm so lazy.. *smacks forehead*)
The last layout had been bugging me lately so I decided to create a new one. [Of course, there is the slight problem about me starting to like the old one again and finding this one slightly boring... >_< Which basically translate into another revamp sooner rather than later.] I did have fun with this. This layout features Aerith and Cloud. You either love them or hate them, I happen to like them a lot. I'm usually not for tragic romances, but for some reason, these appealed to me.
Nothing new with Risa and Satoshi, though I've been reading fics like crazy. ^^;; The Heero and Relena page finally has some content; the image gallery. Huzzah! Sadly enough, I realised it has been a REALLY long time since I last watched anything related to Gundam Wing, so there isn't (and probably won't have) any actual content. (d'oh...) There should also be fanfic archive links for Yuzuriha/Kamui and Riku/Daisuke.
So not bad, not bad... didn't go back on my word completely. Another sad thing is that I just made a button for this site and now it doesn't apply. Oh well, too lazy to make another one. ha ha...
12.13.05 - Holy Lord...
Holy Lord...I only meant to add a link to my new fanart and I ended up updating a whole bunch of links. Firstly, I added Snowdrops... by pnaixrose as well as other fics to Risa/Satoshi's Misc page. I nearly fell out of my seat when I realised I didn't have it listed on my site. So sorry, Pnaixrose. T_T Fanart links to certain artists were added and I also made the Alabaster Boxlink more apparent. (It's such a mess over there, right now.) I've also added my first link for Daisuke/Riku (a Riku shrine, YAY!), added links to the main links page (incl. sites to couples that aren't covered here). Plus, I have now made a button!
Archiving fics are still in progress (though, to be honest, I have not done a lot here) and the next updates should hopefully include Heero/Relena gallery, Syaoran/Sakura site and fanfic archive links for Daisuke/Riku (and Dark).
10.04.05 - D'oh...not the big update I wanted
Hmmm... definitely not the update I wanted to do but I sort of dug myself a little hole. Why? Well, a. I have found that there are a lot of great fics for Risa / Satoshi and b. I have found that there are a lot of multi-chaptered fics for Risa/Satoshi. ha ha... So I am slowly creating text files for these fics in my spare time. :D On the bright side, there's a new front page for Strange Couples. It's not perfect, but it's serving its purpose for now. Once I fix my coding, I should be able to add affiliates and fanlistings. I have also updated the Miscellaneous Section of Risa / Satoshi with new fics. Granted it's not the most up to date fics, but I've pretty much added the ones that I want to archive. More should be on the way. I have added A Dreamy Glow (a wonderful site) as an affiliate, and the link has been placed on my main page for now.
I'm not sure what will be happening next for this site. Archiving the fics are a priority, but I'm nowhere near done. ha ha... I've gotten into Fruits Basket recently, and would love to do a little shrine for Tohru and Kyo. (Kyo makes me smile so much. I love his attitude. :D) I started creating thumbnails for the Heero and Relena so I should at least have some pictures out for them.
08.22.05 - It's been awhile...but boy, will she not shut up...
HOLY COW... It's almost been a year since I've updated. 0_o My bad... I've been lurking around...but nothing has been updated lately. X/1999 has been postponed indefinitely and DNAngel has been updating so slowly. Give me some SxR goodness for God's sake! *shakes fist* I'm going through withdrawal here... On the brighter side, the SxR community has grown larger (or become more vocal?) which means I can focus on other stuff...like host fanfics. bwa ha ha... I'm actually really happy that other people are liking the couple. Talk about feeling all alone. ha ha.. Anyway, I have updated links (looong overdue) and such on the Satoshi and Risa page. I've also noticed, just on how other people link me...they don't know HOW to link me. Quite frankly, I wouldn't know how to link myself either. ha ha... I think calling it Strange Couples and linking to the main page should suffice... but considering I haven't even bothered to make buttons or anything like that...I don't think I've helped much. Hopefully, I'll be sending out e-mails to start hosting my favourite fics. I kinda want to host fanart too, but we'll see... limited space and all that. It was actually easier when there was a lot less material out there but I'm not complaining. ^_~
09.26.04 - Version 2.0 up
Gyah...it's finally done. Took so long. I still have a lot to do but since it'll be awhile before I can do more updates, I figure I'd stick it up for now. ^^
08.05.04 - Return to Geocities, Risa and Satoshi
Stuck site back up on geocities tho still pretty bitter about them deleting this site. (Half of my data was lost so I won't be able to have the same information I had before. T_T) As celebration for me sticking this site back up, there are new pictures in the Risa and Satoshi page
