| The plans to create a mind controlled workers society have been in place for a long time. The current technology grew out of experiments that the Nazis started before World War II and intensified during the time of the Nazi concentration camps when an unlimited supply of children and adults were available for experimentation. We've heard about the inhumane medical experiments performed on concentration camp prisoners, but no word was ever mentioned by the media and the TV documentaries of the mind control experiments. That was not to be divulged to the American public. Mind control technologies can be broadly divided into two subsets: trauma-based or electronic-based.

Creepy Bioengineering Program |
| The
'Brain Interface Program' is the most lavishly
funded of nearly all the DARPA bioengineering
efforts (the project has been given $24
million for the next two years). It is aimed
at developing ways to 'integrate' soldiers
into machines -literally- by wiring them
(remotely or directly) to their planes,
tanks, or computers. An implantable brain
chip is now under development in this sick
program, which has already proudly demonstrated
how rats can be turned into living robots
through the manipulation of stimulus-response
signals in the brain via electrodes. The
Pentagon hopes to use these pathetic, 'modified'
creatures (you should see the photos -makes
you want to join People for the Ethical
Treatment of Animals!) in mine clearance.

| "...The
oldest audio subliminal technique uses a
voice that follows the volume of the music.
So, subliminals are impossible to detect
without a parametric equalizer. But this
technique is patented and, when I wanted
to develop my own line of subliminal audio
cassettes, negotiations with the patent
holder proved to be unsatisfactory. My attorney
obtained copies of the patents which I gave
to some talented Hollywood sound engineers,
asking them to create a new technique. They
found a way to psycho-acoustically modify
and synthesize the suggestions so that they
are projected in the same chord and frequency
as the music, thus giving them the effect
of being part of the music. But we found
that, in using this technique, there is
no way to reduce various frequencies to
detect the subliminals. In other words,
although the suggestions are being heard
by the subconscious mind, they cannot be
monitored with even the most sophisticated
equipment.

| Increasing
numbers of citizens are reporting what could
be called "LIFE control", that is, a covert
program of psychological experimentation
which is much more total immersion than
the well-known MKULTRA behavior modification
experiments carried on in the U.S. and Canada.
This current-day sequel to MKULTRA uses
enhanced electronic technology, more advanced
than that for which details are available
from unclassified sources.

telephones operate in the 800 to 900+ MHz
band using FM or digital modulation. The
higher frequency range is also very close
to the resonant frequency of human DNA,
and as well as the resonant frequency of
the human skull case.

Between
1955 and 1975, the U.S. Army used 7,000
enlisted soldiers as human guinea pigs
for experiments involving a wide array
of biological and chemical warfare agents.
These tests were conducted jointly by
the U.S. Army Intelligence Board and the
Chemical Warfare Laboratories at Edgewood
Arsenal's research facility in Maryland.
Approximately 3,500 of these soldiers
were given doses of powerful mind-altering
psychochemicals, including LSD, PCP, and
BZ. These "volunteer" test subjects were
not told which drugs they were given,
and were not fully informed of the extreme
physical and psychological effects these
drugs would have on them.

American,
British and Allied intelligence agencies
are soon to embark on a massive, billion-dollar
expansion of their global electronic surveillance
system. According to information given
recently in secret to the US Congress,
the surveillance system will enable the
agencies to monitor and analyse civilian
communications into the 21st century.
Identified for the moment as Project P415,
the system will be run by the US National
Security Agency (NSA). But the intelligence
agencies of many other countries will
be closely involved with the new network,
including those from Britain, Australia,
Germany and Japan--and, surprisingly,
the People's Republic of China.

I As in every social system approach,
stability is achieved only by understanding
and accounting for human nature (action/reaction
patterns). A failure to do so can be,
and usually is, disastrous. As in other
human social schemes, one form or another
of intimidation (or incentive) is essential
to the success of the draft. Physical
principles of action and reaction must
be applied to both internal and external
subsystems. To secure the draft, individual
brainwashing/programming and both the
family unit and the peer group must be
engaged and brought under control.
