Aemron's Trip to Sendar | Aemron's Apprenticeship \ Of the Silver Arrow

Aemron's Trip to Sendar
Aemron sighed as he glanced one last time behind him at the grasslands of Algaria and the accursed cows. There was nothing left for him there.
Soon after he was born, his father had died during a Murgo raid. In her grief, his mother went crazy and lashed at those around her--in a violent manner. As a result, Aemron was shunned by his community, delegated with the lowliest tasks. Of course, this left much free time where he taught himself weaponry, tracking, and other assorted skills.
Aemron shook himself awake as the noise and bustle of Sendar reached his ears. He stopped at the east gate and glanced around in awe. Sendar was nothing like Algaria. Aemron mentally bonked himself for thinking such an obvious thought and continued slowly to Market Square.
He stopped suddenly as he noticed someone purchasing potions at the magic shop.
"She's strangely... Familiar. I've seen her before..." he thought.
"That will be 100 gold, Kerowa. Pleasure doing business with you again."
Kerowa! He remembered now. She had recently stopped by his clan and had been instrumental in the most recent Murgo raid. She had also been the first person to offer him kind words... "Do not despair as I see the Adventurer's spirit in you. If you are ever in Sendar or Camaar, look for one of the Adventurers and you will be friends."
Aemron walked briskly up to her and as he fidgeted nervously, she turned to welcome him.

Aemron's Apprenticeship
The rabbit twitched its whiskers. It glanced around briefly before continuing to munch on a leaf. WHAM! The rabbit squealed as it realized it had just been caught.
Aemron smiled happily as Qethia clapped to show her approval.
"Very well done. Let's move on to something harder. Count to 30 and I want you to track me down."
Aemron closed his eyes and started counting. 1..2..3..4..
Aemron's mind started drifting to memories of riding across the plains of
WHAP!
"Pay attention! What sort of tracking is that? You would be hopeless in a fight! Falling asleep like that. No more lessons for today."
"But but... I was counting not tracking!"
"For five minutes? As punishment for slacking, mop all the hallways of the clan halls."
Aemron sighed. His apprenticeship ... was going to take a long time.

Of the Silver Arrow
The birds chirped quietly in the wee hours of the morning. The forest was fairly quiet except for the lean figure of Aemron.
"Arrows... arrows. Why would they want me to look for arrows?" he muttered quietly. Earlier that evening, Gares had pulled him aside and told him that for the completion of his training, he was to find the most unique arrow from the Dryad Forest.
Dryad Forest... He had heard stories about the feisty dryads but had never encountered one nor had he been to the forest before.
He shivered slightly as he entered the forest. The trees here felt... odd. As if he was being watched. Aemron glanced quickly behind him but saw nothing. He had no choice but to continue walking and to find a unique arrow.
-Rustle-
What was that? Aemron thought as he quickly turned around. He quickly drew out an arrow from his quiver. Certainly not the most unique arrow in the forest he was sure. He silently approached the area he had heard the rustling. It moved again. He shot at the thing rustling before making his way around the bend. It was a beautiful bird. A bird that now had an arrow sprouting from it.
The bird transformed into an angel, an angel holding a silver arrow.
Congratulations. I have been watching your development. This arrow is a sign of your achievements. Welcome. Aemron of the Silver Arrow.
