World of Wheels 2000
The Famous California Kid In March 2000, the World of Wheels made it back to northern Virginia. As usual it was a pretty good show. Here are some of my favorites from the show...

Eagle One is touring with the original California Kid car.  It still looks great!  Speedvision recently reran the cult movie classic - yeah!

Of course, the Classic Chevys always catch my eye. Here's a sharp Pro-Street '57 Bel Air. Note the wide meats in the rear. This is the look I like. Give me a meaty 15" tire over those skinny 17" tires anyday. I also like the nice "hot rod" stance of this 57.    Pro-Street '57 Chevy - nice wide meats ou back!
Interior of Pro-Street '57 Chevy The '57 Pro-Streeter was sporting clean threads on the inside. Note the rollbar and three point racing harness. I like the tan leather/tweed combo.

The color/material scheme would work quite well for the interior on our very own
Project '57

A very nice purple '57 Bel Air....
with a lot of fine detail work on the frame.

Good looking '57 Chevy

Another red '57 Chevy....looking great!

Another super fine red '57 Chevy....note the 17" wheels - Torq Thrust II - just like we want for Project '57.
(Check out the wheels discussion we had for Project '57)

This '57 also had a very fine interior with lots of tan leather!
 READ BIG $$$$ !!
