Use this sauce with icecream or fresh fruitswith nuts. Also great for pie topping.
~ Ingredients ~
Put honey, water and lemon juice in a saucepan and mix well. Place over medium heat and bring to boil.
Remove from heat. Dilute corn starch in some cold water then add to honey mixture and beat well.
Return to heat and bring to boil again. Serve warm.
1 cup water
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp corn starch
Yields 1 cup.
