(Tomato Sauce With Minced Meat)

This sauce is served with any type of pasta or white rice.

~ Ingredients ~
1 cup puréed tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbs ghee or 4 tbs corn/olive oil
½ cup stock or water
1 tbs flour
salt & pepper to taste

Heat shortening. Add chopped onion and stir until golden. Add minced meat and keep stirring, on medium heat until nearly done. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add flour and mix to obtain a pasty consitence. Add stock or water, sip by sip, and stir. Leave to simmer until meat is cooked. Season and serve.
Enough for 500g pasta.
