Mint Dill   ~ Ta'leya 1 ~   Bayleaves Rosemary

(Coriander & Garlic Sauce)

This sauce is for use with Molokheya (Corchorus Soup) and other vegetables that will be featured under Vegetables.

~ Ingredients ~
½ garlic head
2 tbsp shortening (preferably Ghee)
1 tbsp ground coriander

In a mortar, crush peeled garlic with coriander to form a paste. In a saucepan, heat shortening than add garlic-coriander paste. Stir until golden. Use while very hot as directed in recipes.
Enough for one vegetable recipe.
