Excellent for veggies. Omit butter and use vegetables stock.
~ Ingredients ~
Melt butter in a saucepan, then add mastic . Stir then add vegetables except squash. Stir and
add boiling stock. Leave on medium heat until vegetables are nearly done then add squash.
500 g squash or zucchini diced
100 g green beans diced
100 g peas
30 g butter
2 cups chicken stock or meat stock
1sprig celery
1 piece mastic
salt & pepper to taste
Leave until cooked then serve.
