We decided to build a simple gravity magazine. The Magazine is designed as a ramp made of bended sheet metall. The slide angle is set to be 25 degrees. The ramp is welded to a plate to make the construction more rigid. Garmisch is attached to the worktable with 2 screws and there is also a holder for a sensor. The sensor tells then the system is out of tool kits.
The benefits with this magazine is that the kit's slides down to the exact same spot every time.
The tool kit is added then the operator push the switch, on the controll board, to "With Tool kit".
The PLC tells the Hitachi if the package should include a tool repair kit or not. For picking up the kit the Hitachi use a vacum device, a.k.a. Shaggy.
