| The magazine for the packaging plates (Papa-toaster as we call it) is a spring-fed magazine. Two springs on each short-side of the magazine are attached to the outer case in one end, and to a steel-plate in the other. The four springs pull up the feed plate, which always provides the Hitachi-robot with a new packaging-plate in the same position that it picked up the one before. When the robot picks up a plate with the sucking device, it drags the plate sideways, out of the magazine, then to the Slide fixture. |
