Sunnah the Wisdom

"Allâh has sent down to you the Book (The Qur'ân), and Wisdom (i.e. the Prophet's Sunnah), and taught you that which you knew not. And Ever Great is the Grace of Allâh unto you (O Muhammad SAW)."
("Noble Qur'an" Surah An-Nisa(4), verse: 113)

In the above Ayat Almighty Allah has referred to Sunnah as the Wisdom.
The Sunnah includes the sayings of the Prophet peace be upon him, his practices, and actions which gained his approval.
The Prophets sayings are commonly known as Ahaadeeths.
