There's a nice website in Denmark that sells digital unlicensed fansubbed anime.

Don't let the Danish (and therefore incomprehensible) index page chase you away; just click on the 'fansub' link in the top navigation bar and you're fine!

There is another newly opened digital anime distro also based in Holland, like mine.
