Q: I live in the US / outside Europe and I want to order. Can I order from you?
A: Yes, although there are some differences. I didn't call my site European Distro as a joke :). However, if you are willing to pay $6 per CD I will accept your order if you don't order too much at once. This price ($6) includes shipping, and the CDs will be packed in CD cases with coloured inserts. If you don't necessarily want the cases and fronts, $5 per CD will also do; in that case I will just send the CDs in protecting envelopes.
PayPal is the only option available to pay me, unless you can use Western Union Money Transfer (see Order link).
Q: I live in the US / outside Europe and I want to trade. Can I...?
A: Yes, trading is possible for people outside Europe, as long as they promise they will send me their CDs on registered airmail, like I will to any country outside the EU. I have had problems in the past with parcels getting lost in the mail and I don't want any hassle.
Q: Do you accept anything else besides Euros and pounds sterling as payment?
A: Yes; through PayPal I also accept US dollars. In fact, if you own a creditcard (Visa or Master) you can pay me regardless of the country you are residing or the currency you are using. PayPal will always convert every payment to dollars, and your creditcard bank statement will show the amount in dollars AND your local currency!
Q: Have you received my money yet?
A: I will always notify you when I receive your money, so if I haven't notified you, the answer is no.
Q: I haven't received my CDs. Where are they?
A: My guess is as good as yours. :) No, seriously: I always send CDs out as soon as possible, but once in the mail, it's out of my hands - some parcels arrive in France within a week, others take two weeks. I suppose it is all dependent on the mailing system in your own country.
Q: It's been ... months and I still haven't received my CDs. Where are they?
A: In this case I will try and replace the CDs, but I will send second replacement shipment without cases and sleeves. However, I haven't had a customer yet who never got his/her order. (*dashes off to find a piece of wood to knock on*)
Q: Where do you get your anime?
A: I get it from various sources: Internet sites, Kazaa, trades, I occasionally buy fansub from other distros (see link for other distros).
