So you want to fill up your trophy cabinet? Well, read on, and you will soon have a few trophies of your own.
In this guide I'll go through the easy trophies that anyone can get.
Trophy #1 - Sakhmet Solitaire (top)
This solitaire is the Neopets version of the common solitaire game that comes with every Windows computer, so the rules should be well known for everyone. Win the solitaire twice for bronze, 5 for silver, and twice in a row for gold.
Trophy #2 - Pyramids (top)
This solitaire has very simple rules, but it's quite difficult to win. Again you get bronze for winning twice, silver for winning 5 times, and gold for winning twice in a row, something I'm yet to manage.
Trophy #3 - Snow Wars (top)
Ever played "Battleships"? Here is the Neopets version. There is a string of different opponents, each one slightly smarter, and therefore more difficult to beat. I don't remember which opponent gives the trophy, but just keep playing. But do NOT click the "start over with the first opponent" button!
Trophy #4 - Cheat (top)
This is a card game I think most of us have played in real life. There are seven opponents to beat in all, and you get trophies after certain rounds. My strategy for winning is to avoid cheating, and to keep a mental note of what cards I play, and who pick up the pile. So if I just played say three queens and the next player claims to play two queens the player is lying.
Trophy #5 - GoGoGo (top)
Yet another card game. This one is a lot more tricky. I suggest you read the rules VERY, VERY carefully. But once you play a few rounds you get the hang of it, and soon you will have yet another shiny trophy.
Trophy #6 - Punchbag Bob (top)
Anyone can get this trophy, but it takes a LONG time. Go to the battledome, choose one player, and then Punchbag Bob. Punchbag Bob has a lot of hitpoints, but he never fights back. So just keep on going after him with the best weapons you can get your hands on. Yes, it gets repetitive, but who ever said all trophies were easy to get?
Trophy #7 - NeoQuest (top)
Play through the entire game "NeoQuest". This is not done in a day or two, but persistance wins every time. Normal mode gives you a bronze trophy, hard gives you silver, and insane gives you gold. Unfortunately you have to beat the game on normal to be allowed to play on hard, and beat hard to play insane.
Trophy #8 - NeoQuest II (top)
Same as Trophy #7, except this time you play "Neoquest II".
Trophy #9 - Cellblock (top)
Naughts and crosses anyone? Again a game most people should know from real life. Anyway, play and beat every single opponent for the gold trophy. I don't remember when you get the bronze and silver, but I guess everyone is going for gold anyway?
Trophy #10 - Kacheekers (top)
Checkers, Neopets style. Seems like all the well known childhood games come popping up as some sort of Neopets game, huh? How to get the trophy? Easy. Sign up for the monthly tournament. A lot of people do, and then forget about it. As a result you will win games simply by being declared a winner once in a while. It might take a few months, but you will get a trophy sooner or later.
Trophy #11 - Armada (top)
Same deal as Trophy #10.
Trophy #12 - Geos (top)
See trophy # 10 & 11.
Trophy #13 - Invasion of Meridell (top)
This is a logic game. It's quite difficult to master, so I suggest you read the rules carefully. About halfway through the game you get a nice trophy.
Trophy #14 - Defenders of Neopia (top)
In the Games Room you can find a game called Defenders of Neopia. Basically you read a comic in which there is a villain doing something horrible to some innocent Neopet, and you have to hurry to the battledome to punish the offender. When you beat your first enemy you get a trophy. But this trophy is different than all other trophies. When you beat the next enemy your trophy morphs into another trophy. Right now I've got the Level 7 trophy, and trying hard to get Level 8. (If anyone know how to beat the Meerca Henchmen, please contact me and tell me how.)
