Oldest recorded Snack Box found in Eyre Square

It was announced yesterday by archaeologists digging in Eyre Square that they had in fact found the oldest recorded snack box in history. The find, they believe, dates back to the thirteenth century and has shocked the fast food world. The earliest snack box recorded before this dated back to the mid Twentieth century.

The box was dated not through the traditional scientific measuring of carbon dating but instead through a system they call the proportion ratio. They compared the modern snack box to one from last year, the difference in proportion ratio is then divided into the size of the find.

The fifty gallon box was discovered by construction workers who are currently renovating Eyre Square. When asked how the current remodelling of Eyre Square would be affected by the find The Naked Galwegian was told that the delay would be minimal - probably only twenty two years and eight months or so.

Only minimal delays expected
