3 cups rolled oats 1 cup bran 1 cup wheat germ 3 tablespoons brown sugar ¾ cup plain wholemeal or rye flour ½ cup coconut 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix together 1 cup oil and ½ cup honey melted and add to the dry mixture.
Cook for eight minutes in the microwave stirring every 2 minutes or in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
When cool add dried fruit, nuts, sultanas, apricots etc.
