250 grams butter
3/4 cup sugar
125 grams diced apricots
125 grams chopped dates
60 grams chopped pecans
60 grams slivered almonds
1 beaten egg
1 packet Marie biscuits
Coconut

1.  In the microwave melt butter and
     sugar - cool.

2.  Add apricots, dates, pecans,
     almonds, egg and cook for  five
     minutes in the microwave stirring
     halfway through.

3. Stir in 1 packet of roughly broken
     Marie biscuits.

4. Press into slice tray, sprinkle with
     coconut and  refrigerate.   

5. Slice when set.  Will keep well in
     the fridge.
