2 Cups Rolled Oats 1 Cup Coconut 1 Cup Sugar 4 - 6 oz Melted Butter 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Mix together dry ingredients.
Stir in melted butter and vanilla
Press into a lamington tray
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Mark while hot and break into squares
Store in an airtight container when cool
