3 Tablespoons Butter
  3 Tablespoons Sugar
  1 Tablespoon Honey
  5 - 6 Cups Cornflakes

Place butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil

Simmer for 1 minute - do not let mixture become too thick

Pour mixture over cornflakes

Spoon into paddy pans and bake in moderate over until golden brown (10 - 15 minutes)
