Small Knob of Butter
500 Grams Bacon Pieces
˝ Cup Onions
1 Clove Garlic
1 Can Tomato Soup
˝ Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Worcester Sauce
˝ Teaspoon Mustard (Dry)
1 Large Cans 3 Bean Mix

Remove rind from bacon.  Heat butter in saucepan add finely diced bacon pieces.  Sauté until bacon is crisp.

Add finely chopped onion and garlic,  Sauté until onions are transparent.

Add soup, water & vinegar, brown sugar, Worcester sauce and dry mustard.  Bring to the boil. 

Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

Drain beans under cold water.  Add to saucepan simmer gently covered for 15 minutes.
