Dahi Puri

        • Puris- 20 (Refer to Pani puri recipe)
        • Thick Yoghurt- 1/3 cup
        • Boiled & diced potatoes- 1/4 cup
        • Cooked Peas- 1/4 cup
        • Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
        • Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
        • Salt
        • Red chili powder- 1 tsp
        • Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
        • Sweet chutney- 5 tablespoons
        • Sugar-1/4 tsp
        • Oil

          For garnishing:

        • Sev
        • Red chili powder
        • Salt
        • Roasted cumin powder
        • Kala namak (black salt)

        Whip yoghurt with little sugar and salt.

        Heat oil and put cumin seeds and boiled & diced potatoes and then add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala powder & salt and fry for few minutes.

        Break each puri on top and keep little potato mixture, cooked peas & little sweet chutney. Then fill with whipped yoghurt.

        Sprinkle sev, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt & red chili powder on top and serve immediately.
