    New Zealand passage:

  • I came to Australia to cycle and it was just matter of time before I got my bicycle from my home country to here. I was not too experienced in cycling tours, I started my first big adventure in New Zealand.

  • I have crossed both islands from Hamilton to Dunedin zigzagging the country. After 6 weeks on the bitumen road I reached Dunedin airport with 4000 km on my speedometer. That time I realized that there is little limitation of how far you go or for how long.

Off road beaten for first time "in the Queensland"

  • I came to the next stage and inspired in a way by my best friend, I set off for the dirty Aussie roads. I found my first experience on dirt tracks new and amazing and was able to ride all the way from Cairns to Cape Melville and back mostly on dirt roads.

  • It was a ride from coastal areas of Great Barrier Reef, through sugar cane fields and tropical rainforest to semi-arid country and desert country in the final arriving at salt lakes of the Bathurst Bay. Featuring pristine beach and mangrove habitat popular with saltwater crocodile, all surrounded by granite boulder hills.

Batle camp 8 days journey through bush starts

  • On the back way I have seen aboriginal paintings and following old gold miners road I felt a spirit of their country still not overtaken by manpower. I have found my new limits in cycling, reached very bottom of my physical stamina, seen real Australian bush in the best possible way on the mountain bike.

  • Finally I used my bike in the way it should be used and luckily enough I was in the country with endless dirt tracks, deserted mountains, and natural wonders and people considering you to be crazy or mad as well as admiring you.
