LEA'S PANCIT MALABON

A graduate of University of the East, Caloocan , under the college of Business Administration , Major in Management, Mr. Leo A. So, half Chinese and half Filipino, excels in the world of business for almost fifteen years, is the owner of Lea's Pancit Malabon who unexpectedly became famous during the First Pancit Malabon Festival. Since he was half Chinese, he told us that Chinese were fond of cooking pancit every fiesta and he said that Pancit Malabon is very popular because of its taste. He became very interested when he first tasted Pancit Malabon.

Unlike the other Pancit Malabon stores who were invited to come and secure a booth for the said festival, Mr. Leo So is the one who volunteered to join and grab the opportunity since he has a background in cooking. He loves entwining different exhibits because for him, it's a part of exposure for his own business, and with the help of the streamers, this goal is made possible. Therefore, he named the booth after his youngest and only daughter, Lea, which evolved to Lea's Pancit Malabon. He participated against famous Pancit Malabon stores like Rosie's Pancit Malabon, Nanay's Pancit Malabon and Tito Roy's Pancit Malabon. The two factors that made it to the top are the taste, which is made from different original ingredients like sea foods and friendly price of Php 20.00 packed lunch. The margin against other famous Pancit Malabon stores was definitely a no-no to him. He was then encouraged and decided to include Pancit Malabon in his business plan and set the standard about it because of the hospitable response of the people around him who know that he was a first timer.

He's now starting to put up the store in Malabon, located at the back of San Bartolome Parish. He wants some fusion about Asian foods that he's really looking up to it, and according to him, each cook has its own originality. He serves as the manager and the cook as the same time. He also looks forward for some chances of global potential because he said that there are lots of people who were asking him about the franchise of Pancit Malabon that he is about to manage. In connection with the theme as how it pertained in the festivity, he told that Pancit Malabon store owners prepared in their own and different ways but united as a team.
