TOYING'S PANCIT MALABON

As the Pancit Malabon is getting trendy, a small establishment is launched. Toying's Pancit Malabon whose name is from the nickname of their cook (Imagine how good the owner to bestow his own business' name to his cook). Toying's Pancit Malabon is a property of Mr. Ricardo Pascual and established last August 1999. It is situated at Letre Road , Brgy. Longos, Malabon City , right after passing through Malabon Bridge . According to Mrs. Victoria De Leon, (also known as Nanay Toying), the head cook of the establishment, one of the finest delicacies of the city is their own Pancit that's why since they started running the business, numerous ordinary people of their town are trying and tasting their local Pancit.

Toying's Pancit Malabon is very appetizing because of its fine fresh ingredients. Their Pancit Malabon contains first class Pancit Bihon, hard boiled fresh eggs, shrimps, pork tongue, minced meat, oysters, squids, sun dried fish, chicharon and a sauce made of atsuete and other seasonings. Mrs. De Leon said that the reason why they established the business is that the economy of the Philippines is declining and they necessitate a stable business which is capable of supporting the financial state of their family.

Years after, they were very glad because Toying's Pancit Malabon is popular in the city and in fact, it is visited by many people near Malabon. Mrs. De Leon is very conceited to herself because she is able to see other people eating the Pancit Malabon delightfully, which is why she prepared herself to progress the method she uses. The remaining crews of the establishment act accordingly to what Nanay Toying instructed them that they show unity to perk up their business and make an impact to their customers.

Last December, they were encouraged to join the booth Fair during the launching of Pancit Malabon Festival. They were also invited to contribute and prepare to the largest Pancit Malabon uniting with other competitors. But unfortunately they were busy supporting their new branch in San Pedro, Laguna and it was very difficult for them that they don't have sufficient individuals to handle their booth. But their company is still a part of the festivity because during the occasion they set off fifty percent of all foodstuffs. According to her, she is very proud to all organizers and non-government youth organization that showed unity to a triumphant Pancit Malabon Festival and is actually featured on television. They are considering that after several years, the festival can be more successful and be acquainted withother festivals in the Philippines . Foreigners, guests or even the countries' finest celebrities are coming to participate and visit the city and the rate of the city's tourism statistics will probably increase. Perhaps, people of Malabon can find jobs and the city will progress continually. Mrs. De Leon assures that this year, they're going to join the Pancit Malabon Festival. To all aspiring Pancit Malabon or any other business establishers, Nanay Toying suggests that you should love what you're doing and you should be dedicated to your work.
