The Entry Arch at Notre Dame
This is the arch above the entrance to Notre Dame Cathedral. All of the saints depicted and chiseled into the stone have a different appearance. Such a marvelous sight to behold!
I wish that this picture was better, but it was very hard to make everything appear within the viewfinder of the camera I had at the time.
Remember the French
people gave us the Statue of Liberty and it is an interesting fact that
the English word: "dictionary" has its roots in the French language.
They are a friendly people that love to share their treasures with the
rest of the world.
