The kitties are mostly interested in being safe from strangers, and of course, food! How they love their roast chicken treat at suppertime! But if they knew about these sites, they would love you to visit them:

The Saga of the Invisible Gay Ceiling Kitties - A rescue story that you will find both moving and hilarious. Very worth a read.
Phyl is interested in whatever the cats are interested in (naturally), but has a few interests on the side as well. The list could be endless, but here's a representative sample:
Dr. Shaw's World Mythology - Myths all over the place! Any myths are interesting, but Phyl is most interested in Indian (as in from India), Celtic, Norse, Greek & Roman, Egyptian, and Akkadian/Sumerian.
Cyndi's List - A link page to many hundreds of wonderful genealogy sites. Genealogy is one of the most fascinating pursuits, and finding your roots is very rewarding. Phyl always wished she had Scottish blood -- now she has at least two Scottish bloodlines. One of her ancestors was nicknamed "the Loyalist," which has implications involving the American Revolution. And of course there is the very long Mennonite line going back to Switzerland in 1737. (Try also Ancestry.com, one of the very best genealogy sites.)
The Online Books Page - One of many sites where you can read entire books online. (Other examples: The Complete Works of William Shakespeare or Luminarium, with Medieval, Renaissance, and 17th Century writings.)
What is Fun for Us
The Cats find crinkle balls really really fun. And playing with Mom's foot at the edge of the bedcovers. And just let a couple of pigeons land on the balcony and it's Kitty TV! But they would probably love you to check out these sites too:

Digimon! - Yes, Phyl likes cartoons. Some of them, anyway, especially Animé cartoons. Her very favorite is Gundam Wing, but she also loves The Vision of Escaflowne.
New England Patriots - Football! Yay! And after many years of cheering for them, the Patriots finally won the Super Bowl. Though how they can call themselves "world champions" when they played no world teams at all except other American teams -- well, needless to say, there is no logic to this.
RecipeLand.com - Almost 50,000 recipes for Phyl to experiment with! She's learning to cook all sorts of great things, but her very favorite foods are Greek and Indian. Have a gander at the best recipe in the world: Butter Chicken.

Pet Care Insurance - Yes, you can actually get health insurance for your pets. It is well worth it. You might also try Pet Plan if you can get the site to load. Each company has slightly different plans, so you will probably find one or the other has the right plan for your little one.
