A close up view of the top of the fermentor at the end of fermentation.
You can tell its the end of fermentation as the blow off elbow has a plug in it. At the start this has a series of pipes and connectors that run out of a side hole in the fridge wall to a blow-off container of steriliser.
You can also see the temperature sensor that the temperature controller uses hanging down on the right hand side. I cut a small hole through the side wall of the fridge directly behind the controller.
