MINUTESThe sHOw Modular Model Railroad Club met at 10:00 a.am. at the Hobby Crossing.President David Boyd presided at the meet- ing. Forms were distributed requesting a summary of members' activities during the EXPO at the Center for Economic Development and another form was presented asking for crituqes of modules displayed at the EXPO. These comments will be compiled and presented to the club for suggestions on how to improve our Model Train EXPO's. A letter complimenting our efforts from Ms. Kim Hoffman was read to the members and a copy of that letter accompanies this newsletter. The Daily News has requested permission to use the letter we sent them thanking them for the coverage of the May EXPO in their own advertising. We forwarded permission. Next Meeting of the sHOw 10 AM July 6 at HOBBY CROSSING discussed at the next meet- ing. Thurdsay night June 6th at 6:00 P.M. we will meet in Room 156 of the Ivan Wilson Center for Fine Arts on Western Kentucky University's campus to view two videos: John Allen's Gorre and Dahetid RR and George Selios' Franklin and South Manchester RR. Rumsie reported that as of June 1st we have $128.32 uncommitted funds in the bank. The purchase of the throttle will just about deplete our funds for this year. We need new members! A plan for a 5 x 8 foot layout 20th at 6:00 PM we will meet at Butler Motors to plan scenery for this layout.
