May 2002 Minutes
Date: May 28, 2002
Location: Perry Branch - Stark County Public Library
Present: D.Catazaro, C.Johnson, B.Odell, A.Unklesbay
Call To Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
New Business:
- The proposed by-laws were reviewed and revised.
- All present were in favor of the approved bylaws, as well as with the revisions as reviewed.
- Discussion on getting people in the community and business owners involved in the LWCA. The decission was made to send out flyers to all who have attended a meeting in the past, and to all businesses that responded to our survay about being involved in improving Lincoln Way.
- Ann, Chris & Darlene will send out the notice of next meeting on June 27, 2002 Refreshments will be served at 6:30pm and the meeting will commence at 7:00 pm with a presentation of the bylaws. Volunteers for interim leadership would be decided after the presentation.
- We would arrange the next meeting two weeks after the volunteer election, and then the general meeting two weeks after that.
Next Meeting: The next meeting will be held on June 27, 2002
