Maintenance and Infrastructure Responsibility Review Liaison/Mediation Committee (F-A-Q's) The concept is/was to determine who has jurisdiction over what along the Lincoln Way Corridor as it passes through Perry Township and, eventually, put such information as developed into a written format.

The Perry Township Trustees are conducting a search for a half time zoning inspector for the commercial code. A monetary appropriation is being placed into the 2003 yearly budget. The budget hearing will be held in late December, 2002 and county approval is required. Therefore, no further work on the code will be done until the inspector has been hired and is in place.
