Amberly Castle 

A young woman named Emily threw herself from the battlements of this West Sussex castle in Medieval times and her ghost is seen on 'stormy nights'

  

 

Castle Rising, Norfolk

The screams of 'The Shewolf of France' Edward the 2nd's queen (Isabella), ring out from here where she was imprisoned  for viciously murdering Edward....by having a white-hot poker thrust up his bum, at Berkeley Castle. Oooheeeouch!

 

 

Chanctonbury Ring, Sussex

Internationally known for its weird happenings and ghosts, this freaky place is similar in weirdness to nearby Clapham woods, with the latter boasting the disappearance of several dogs and even the local vicar!

 

 

Dover Castle

The complex of tunnels within the famous cliffs are very haunted as soldiers in the Napoleonic war were imprisoned there and it is where underground world war II hospitals were based. A drummer boy is said to walk the ramparts.

 

 

Glamis Castle, Scotland

Haunted by a little black boy and a lady in the chapel amongst other ghosts.

 

 

The Guildbourne Shopping Centre, Worthing 

Was built on the the site of the old town hall, many people have seen the apparition of a young woman seated close to the fountain brushing her hair.

The Aquarena, Worthing

These swimming baths were build on the site of a local college, which looked similar to the nearby beach house, and spooky happenings have been reported there for years.
