Old Nanna's Here..
Some apparitions come in the form of an amorphous
shape.
Children often seem more able to experience them more than
adults. In 1991 this 2-year-old began to say "Old Nanna's here!" and point
up in the air. Some researchers believe this photograph may
show him seeing the ghost of his great-grandmother.

The Brown Lady
The Brown Lady of Raynham Hall was photographed by
a local magazine during a visit there in the 1930's.
Some people
think the Brown Lady is Dorothy Walpole, the second wife of Charles, 2nd Marques
Townsend, and that she met a violent end on that staircase where
she is most frequently seen.

The
Phantom Dog
Animal ghosts are
often reported, such as this 1926 photograph of a phantom dog appearing at
the rear of an Irish wolfhound.
It was identified as a cairn
puppy which had died 6 weeks earlier, and had been an inseparable friend
of the Irish wolfhound.

The Girl of Wem Town Hall
In 1995, Tony O'Rahilly photographed Wem town hall
on fire, little suspecting the figure of a young girl would appear in the
developed picture...seemingly amongst the flames. |
