All work and no play...

Still, their time was not spent entirely on work. The team found time to shop downtown, tour the city of Paramaribo, take pictures and head down-river to the Maroon village of Santigron. During their time in Suriname, the Kansas team got a chance to experience life in the city and in a village. These are the two differing faces of Suriname.

We were impressed with the quality and experience of the people on this team. Many of the team members have been on seven or more missions trips. As we have seen so often, God sent just the right people at the proper time to meet the needs of his church. To the members of the Kansas District Missions Team we would like to say, "Thanks!"
