Hair is always a big fashion statement, and everyone is always concerned about getting the perfect look for their face. The stylist can probably provide additional advice based on the picture and your own features. Be sure the stylist understands the amount of time you devote to your hair care. Celeberties may have a stylist at their beck and call, but all us regular people have real jobs and lives to attend to. My stylist Kindi pictured here is very talented and can understand what you want with very little input.
Be bold when making your choice. Go for tantalizing curls like Halle Berry. Does Angelina Jolie seem more your style, with her sleek, romantic, timeless look. Surprise your friends and family with the new bold you. And while your at it, you may even surprise yourself. Who knows who will notice?
It seems that this spring and summer is more of the natural look. Usually you see shorter hair in the summer, but this year the longer wavey look seems to be holding. The colors are more natural too. Not the black, platinum or burgandy colors that we have seen before. Even the highlights have been toned down some. The "touched by the sun" look instead of the big unnatural chunks are the look this season.
Long straight hair with a side part is also a great look for the New Year and the new you. This particular style looks best if your hair is shoulder length or longer and straight. The bangs are cut on an angle allowing a deep side part. You should consider Ann Margaret during the height of her popularity and style. Paris Hilton is another celebrity that wears this style well. You could also opt for an asymmetrical 80’s style cut with one side shorter than the other. This was all the rage in the height of its day and seems to be making a comeback of sorts. Precisions cuts such as this work best with hair that is a solid color.
The Pixie cut is one that seems to continue making the rounds in and out of fashion news. For 2007 it seems this cut will definitely be in. First made popular in Rosemary’s Baby when worn by Mia Farrow, this cut has remained somewhat popular ever since. While it experiences times where it is more popular than others. It has become a recent hit, as it is a popular hairstyle worn by contestants on a popular model search show called “America’s Next Top Model”.
