| will determine insurablility by reviewing and making any necessary changes/additions and then faxing back the revised prep sheet to PLM |
| send out the Disclosure form along with the Commitment to interested parties |
| schedule the closing |
| conduct the closing at a location convenient for you |
| waive the commitment at the closing |
| will receive a check for the title insurance premium and related title costs at the closing |
| record the closing documents and process ALL other post-closing procedures |
