Construction Escrow
How It Works

YOUR LENDER will forward to us a fully-executed Residential Escrow Agreement and a completed contractor's Affidavit.

YOU will submit an updated Contractor's Affidavit and receipts reflecting specific expenses and amounts needed for each Draw along with a Payout Authorization.

WE do the inspection; or direct your Lender to send an inspector.

WE submit the payout Authorization, the inspection report and updated Title Report for each draw to your Lender requesting that they provide the specified funds.

YOUR LENDER reviews each "Draw Request Package" and then forwards the funds to our account.

YOUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR, Subcontractors and Suppliers may then receive their funds to our account.

WE provide a lien wiaver exam after the Final Draw is completed.
