Saving and printing this documentation

It is recommended that you save a local copy of this documentation and/or print a copy to reduce traffic at the server hosting POV-Person.

Saving
There is a slight problem with saving the sections of this document to disk using the browsers 'File', 'Save as' menu option. The problem is that Internet Explorer 'adjusts' the URL's linking the pages together, making them absolute URL's instead of relative URL's. This means the links will always point back to the server copy and, although you'll still be able to open the individual saved pages it's a bit of a pain.

To get around this problem, the directory holding these files on the server can be accessed directly at http://www.telinco.co.uk/c_bartlett/povperson/usersguide/. From the file list that is displayed you can right click on each file in turn (about 30 files) and save each file onto your PCs disk. This enables you to save a local copy without IE messing up the links between pages.

Printing
This document is formatted to print correctly using the standard 'Print' menu option in your browser. Certain content will be presented slightly differently when printed, for example hard page throws are added to the print for each of the main sections.
