2) Too much email from the Quantock Community:

The Quantock Community is hosted free by MSN, this means that they make the rules not me.

As the manager of the Community MSN affords me some powers over general Community settings however - I have no access to the personal settings of members like you. This include your email settings and personal profile and even your un-joining of the Community.

So if you are getting too much email from the Community it means that you personally have selected to have these emails sent to you (whether you remember doing this or not) - I PROMISE THAT I DIDN'T DO IT ! Follow instructions 3)

3) How do you change your email settings:

Click on the following link: http://groups.msn.com/QuantockSchoololdBoyzandGirls/_emailsettings.msnw
(Note: You may be prompted to log into the Community first.)

Once there you will get to a page (click on left for bigger picture) - in which you can make a series of personal choices.

I'd select the following if I where you:

1) Messages: "On the Web" - I'll read messages online.

2) Group Reports: "Daily".

3) Email Preference: "HTML".

Don't forget to save your options.

4) Un-joining the Quantock Community:

The Quantock Community is hosted free by MSN, this means that they make the rules not me.

Hence I'm sorry to tell you that YOU must un-join the site yourself. It's not difficult just do the following:

1) log into your email account.

2) Click on this link: http://groups.msn.com/mygroups

3) You should see a list of the communities that you are a member of including:Quantock School old Boyz and Girls

4) You should be able to un-join the Community - it says something like this: Remove a Group.
