Mentioned here are just a few of my friends. Most of them are people I associate with alot, and others are ones that I feel like I know pretty well. And I have a very strong feeling the list'll keep growing.
Brittnie
Brittnie's a rock-and-roll type chick. She’s got that kick-ass, laid back attitude, and at the same time is one of the sweetest and most caring people you'll ever meet...just when you cross her, beware. She 4-wheels, rock climbs, played basketball, and listens to some awesome music [!]. Her instruments are the tuba and trombone, and she's got a great singing voice. She watches a lot of horror movies and almost fell asleep when we saw The Ring. The girl's crazy ;).
Jeremy
Jeremy’s one of my closest guy friends. He’s more of the class-clown type and is absolutely hilarious! He's definately the one to go to when you're feeling blue, and proves it in his parts in the school play and speech. As the best trumpet player in the high school jazz and concert bands, he is in his own as the drummer. The most recent discovery about him is that he's very good at poetry...I love his work :D. Now about the only school-related activity he does is rock climbing [ \m/ ] but he's still extremely athletic. His favourite food's also Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.
Jessica
Little Jessica!! As her name implies, she's vertically challenged :P...but she is genuinely nice and caring in every aspect of her life. Partially homeschooled, she's probably the best saxaphone player we have in our band at the moment, and loves quior as well. She and Brittnie are pretty tight, and are absolutely hilarious to hang out with. As with most of the gang, she loves to rock climb :3.
Michelle
Michelle’s been my best friend since first grade and is just as crazy and fun-loving as I am. [There's two of us! Lock your doors! Run for the hills!] She’s an awesome person--there's no one better. We’ve stayed friends, even through an over-seas move, and are very close. Now that we’re back in the same state, we try and get together as often as possible. She plays the flute and tuba in band, should be in speech, and is an AWESOME swimmer. Every time we get a chance to hang out, we have a blast...wether it's one of our birthdays or no occasion in particular, she knows how to bring out the best and funniest of every situation.
Mike R.
Ahh...Little Mike. Previously of the opinion that wrestlers were gay men in spandex, he is now officially wrestling this season lol. We both work out after school, and he's soaking everything up we teach him when we get to practice. It's great seeing him getting as into the sport as he is...another convert :P. But, honestly, he's a pretty cool guy, and great to hang out with. He rock climbs as well [imagine that :P] and plays the bass guitar.
Stephanie R.
I met Stef in PA and we've stayed in touch through E-mail. She posesses a very creative mind, a great talent for drawing, and an articulate way with words...how she speaks, how she writes, everything. She's one of the coolest people I know with a unique outlook all of her own. If you've got some time, I'd suggest dropping her a line or checking out her site. She's awesome.
An alias she's made up for herself that really sticks is Insomniac Jack, or just Jack. It's the coolest thing...but I usually just call her Stef because I'm lazy lol.
Stephanie S.
Stevie is hilarious 24/7! She's full of energy, but can be serious when needed. She used to play the sax in band and is now in quoir. She's also the reciter of the infamous saying, "Rit, rit, ree, kick 'em in the knee. Rit, rit, rass, kick 'em in the....... other knee!" lol, I guess it's just one of those things you have to hear for yourself ;). She also sits by me in anatomy and we always have a blast.
Steven
Steven, the true cowboy and Chevy die-hard :P. He's a math wiz [although he doesn't give himself credit], is another rock climbing cohort, and plays with the idea of track lol. Actually, he's pretty good...but decided not to go out last year. He and Jeremy have been known to get into photo contests with my cell phone [while it still worked], turing out some verrry interesting pictures. He also sits next to me in Journalism, plays the guitar [he and Jeremy are the heart of their band], and is learning drums. How cool!
Tiara
Tiara's very friendly and easy-going, and SO MUCH fun to talk to lol. We always find something to be crazy about, and can get into debates about stuff and agree to disagree. She's a pretty good pick if you need help with schoolwork [especially Trig!], is obsessed with Pirates of the Carribean and Star Wars, is a Jehova's Witness, and plays the violin. Her favorite color is green, she loves hamburgers and fries w/ apple pie and ice cream [mmm!], is very close to her younger sister, Dusty, and is learning French. It's awesome because she's getting pretty fluent! She LOVES to write stories, and is a self-proclaimed novelist; her works are actually quite interesting and a lot of fun to read lol. At the moment she's working on a spin of PotC.
Some of her stories are posted here if you want to check them out. They're pretty cool if I say so myself.
