Physical Description: He's a rather unattractive man who is a little to thin and doesn't seem have quite enough of the white blonde hair that covers his head. Or tries to. He has very fair skin that doesn't tan. He has deep set brown eyes that look rather strange against the white of the rest of his body.
Personality: He's a rather non-descript person. He doesn't show much emotion or state much opinion. He always seems like he's watching everything and nothing. Is day dreaming but strangly alert. Dispite the strangeness of his appearance he makes himself blend in and doesn't try to stick out from the others.
