Welcome to Daes Dae'mar's Mentor/GM section. With the increased growth of DD in the past few months, We've decided to add a section for players to apply at a chance of becoming a GM/Mentor for the group.
Now, a Mentor is slightly different from a GM, and it can be anyone who has experience and knowledge of both RPGs and Wheel of Time. You can fill out the form below, and send it in. It'll then be reviewed by the current GM's and Co-founders and you should get an answer within a week.
A GM is different. To become a Game Master, you must first be actively involved in *ALL* of the things associated with the group. That includes posting on the Mailing List, talking on the OOC boards, suggesting ideas, starting chats, etc. They also must have a good, strong amount of knowledge of both the club, RPGs, and Wheel of Time. Enough to be able to ask questions for new and old members alike. You also must be available at least 2 evenings a week to do anything from Q&A sessions with newbies, to web maintance. You'll of course be told of this ahead of time. You'll also have a certain amount of authority on the Mailing List. All GM's will have the ability to add and remove people to the DD Mailing List.

A quick note to all though... If you're turned down for either position it doesn't always mean you're not qualified, it's just that sometimes we don't always need the help at that time. If that's the case, we'll let you know, and you'll be added to a list in the future when a position does open.
