Personality: Saul has always been a man of service. He isvery quiet and attentive. Nothing gets past him. He is deeply loyal andobedient. He has become depressed since the loss of his ward, feeling that heis a failure.

Extra: Born of an innkeeper and a whore in Tar Valon, Saul had dreamed of becoming a Warder since he was a youth. Once he was old enough he enrolled in the training at the White Towerand trained to become a warder. He was bonded to a young yellow newly raised to the shawl and was sent out on a mission for the tower. The pair faced a band of whitecloaks. He fought bravely but was taken down with two arrow wounds, one tothe shoulder and one to his leg (he still bears the scars today). His ward was burned to death by the whitecloaks. Saul was kept alive awaiting the arrival of a questioner, but managed to escape. Saul wanted to kill himself but knew he had to return to the White Tower and speak of what had happened. Once he returned to the tower he found that a coup had occurred and Elaida the Red saton the Amryln throne. He has yet to be bonded again, the Sisters are giving himtime to deal with is loss. He is kept under close watch by a trio of sisters; one brown, one yellow, and one green. They are doing everything in their power to help him cope with his loss. The brown works mentally, the yellow spiritually, and the green… physically. He has coped with his loss and he feels that he could soon bond again.
