-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9:18a - Album recommendation If you like Neil Young, the jayhwaks, sonvolt, michael penn, aimee man, or other such soft sorta folksy light alternative rock...check out: Powderfinger _Odyssey Number Five_ I picked it up off the clearance rack and only because it was super cheap and they named themselves after one of my all time favorite Neil Young songs... and I am suitably impressed and happily surprised. Bear in mind however...i haven't listened to the more than the first few songs so far. current mood: awake

and with this recollection of the game, I am reminded of myself this time last year...and this entry in particular: Everything happens for a reason. There may be no fate, destiny, or master plan (call it what you will)...but everything DOES happen for a reason. Pain, suffering, confusion, and learning... I'm coming back to myself...not completely the same; better...understanding that i have a long way to go still towards understanding myself, my actions, and what is right. Life is getting easier to live again. this is a public entry. It's public because I'm unafraid of anyone using the above link to access my past. Unafraid because if they dig deep enough to find the recent entries...it's on them to decipher the meaning and deal with whatever issues might be raised in them over it. I'm not responsible for their misinterpretations. I don't feel as if I must shelter my thoughts from the world right now. Will this continue on a regular basis, or become just a sporadic event?
