12.07.07» I entered 4 commercials into the Heinz "Top This TV" contest. The top 15 have been posted and I am not in it. It's unfortunate because I really think that half of the finalists are boring or cheesy. I found others that were not mine that deserved spots. Of course I liked mine too. 16.06.07»I apologize for the delay since the last update. I have left USC after being rejected from the film program again and I am going to return to UCF to graduate with a Cinema Studies major and minor in Psychology. I have always realized that you don't need to graduate from film school. Also I needed to repair my computer. In film news I am doing a short 2 and a half minute action film. It's currently in post-production. I also bought a Sony HVR-Z1U high-definition camera.
20.03.07»On this day March 20, 2007, I announce the opening of 4356 Productions. We don't have any films yet but I need to announce it for copyright reasons. We're first (I checked). Blackmist Entertainment has expanded to open up this partnership production company. From now on any film I make with the primary cast and crew coming from the huge family that is the Thespian Troupe 4356 (We're awesome!) will be under that company name. I hope for this company to go far throughout my entire life and possibly even beyond. The reason being I wish to work with all the people from that excellent group of people that I hold among my dearest friends throughout my entire career. All other projects will remain productions of Blackmist Entertainment.
16.02.07»"Soulswitch", which is now entitled "Adams Boulevard" is now complete. It will be submitted to the "On The Lot" contest.
10.02.07»"Soulswitch" is in production. It stars Jeff Ashkin (Producers Anonymous) and Matt Fuller. "A Light Romantic Comedy with a Zombie" is in development. It will be written, directed and shot by Fangso Liu, Michael is producer, director and editor.
28.01.07»The movie changed a lot from it's original concept but we finished it. We called it Producers Anonymous. Both "Producers Anonymous" and "1890" are now online. Check the films page. "The Last Story" is not up online yet because of formatting issues. I will let you know when that has been fixed.
17.01.07»I am finally in California attending USC. Fangso and I are to begin productin on a film for the Reel L.A. film festival this Friday. I will have it posted next week as we are scheduled to finish by Sunday night. The Last Story has not been available for screening yet due to format problems. I'll get to that as soon as possible. Also, my film shown at the East Lake High School theatre, 1890, will also be available soon.
06.12.06»I haven't updated because I was busy with college. My classes were keeping me plenty busy along with the films I worked on. Anyway, got a new movie posted on the revamped films page. It was made for my Foundations of Production class. I will have it uploaded soon. Also, I updated the Bios section, and will have more bios in the near future.

17.09.06» "A Towel Would Help" is still not on the web. I am sorry- there have been some encoding problems. Again, I will let you know as soon as it is up and running. "1984" has been renamed "Scenes from '84" and has been put into post-production. It will show the best shots from our shoot instead of canceling it all together. In other news, the Foundations of Production project in underway- with a new storyline and title! It is called "The Last Story" See the films page for more!

17.07.06» 1984 will probably be feature length now. 3 scenes left to shoot and will most likely be done early August. Work has resumed on the script for the movie I shall call "Rose." In other news, L.A. is cool. I am in a feature movie that will be available soon on video called "Halloween Night" I am the troll and EMT and I also worked in art dept. and sound. Yes, I am going to be on IMDb for this. I am still waiting on USC. I will post again as soon as I know the result of their decision.

22.03.06» Sorry I haven't posted any news lately. I have been busy with school, however a lot has happened. I entered my school's digital short film competetion. Its called MeStories, and I have written a script for it and we have started filming. My adaptation class requires two short scrpits, or one feature in progress for a final. I am doing the two shorts- One is 1984, and the other is in untitled but in progress. It will be a combination of two songs; Piano Man by Billy Joel, and A Day in the Life by the Beatles.

02.01.06» Happy New Year! Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I have had a very busy holiday season. The 1984 script is underway again, a Legend of Zelda shot has been planned, and Ryan, Corey and I are writing another script.
