A new web site, a new game, and a new game rating system. All today on this exciting episode of REO! Gamers in Europe get a new game rating system as of April 2003. Due to recent concerns about violent content and children a new system organized by age will be put into place. The breakdown rates games as 3+, 7+, 12+, 16+, and 18+. Of course to make this even work tougher enforcement of the system will have to come into play, perhaps helped along by stiffer penalties for sellers for violating the new system. Game company Camelot is apparently working on a new title for the Gamecube. It's believed to be an RPG, but no real info is known at the time. I'd wager a guess as to a new Golden Sun endeavor. Camelot already has new Gamecube installments of Mario Tennis and Mario Golf in the works as well. Lastly get a look see at the upcoming Enix RPG with the funny name, Drag-On Dragon, at the company's official website. Theres also a pretty downloadable trailer movie as well, but it doesn't really divulge much in the way of game play though. Later cats. -Hanzo Sources: The Guardian, Gamefront, Enix, and memory cards! |
